The Endorsements Committee of the 21st LD Democratic Party Organization met on April 13. There was a quorum of three members present: Chair Clare Van Hollebeke, Neil Shafer-Ross, and Larry McIntosh. Ex officio member Sharon Holt was also present.

There was a motion to allow Niko Battle and Christine Awad Schmalz to remain part of the Endorsements Committee, with the provision that they recuse themselves from voting on any endorsement where they may have a personal or financial conflict of interest. The motion was seconded. There was no debate. The motion passed without objection. Niko and Christine will be welcome to remain members of the Endorsement Committee, provided they recuse themselves from any vote where they have a conflict of interest.

There was a motion to name Neil Shafer-Ross the Vice-Chair of the Endorsements Committee. It was seconded. There was no debate. The motion passed without objection. Neil Shafer-Ross is now the Vice-Chair of the Endorsements Committee.
