THE FOLLOWING MESSAGE IS FROM SARAH SHAKLAN, OUR VERY OWN 21ST LD FIELD ORGANIZER;
Hi Folks,
We will be having a PCO Weekend of Action on Saturday, October 10th from 11-1pm. If you are a PCO the time to call your own precinct is now. Please respond to this email and I will get you signed up!
When you get signed up, please let me know which precinct you are in charge of, and we will get that list pulled for you. By calling through your precinct with the Coordinated Campaign’s list, it will allow us to have the information on those voters all in one database and minimize duplication of efforts. That said, because our database updates on a daily basis, I will need a firm commitment from you that you can complete these calls by Thursday at 12;00pm, in order to pull these lists.
If you have not phone banked with us before, I will be doing a training on how to make these calls at the beginning of our meeting at 11am – after that you are welcome to get started with your calls! Ideally everyone is able to complete their lists by 1pm. Once you get signed up, you will receive an email from me the morning of the event with all the information you’ll need to join that training and get these calls done.
I’m very excited to get some more PCOs plugged into the Coordinated with this event! If you have any questions, please let me know and I’d be happy to help out.
