- We have the private room (free of charge), freedom to use the other areas, too.
- Door prize tickets will be given out as guests arrive and sign in/name tags
TIMELINE:
- 5 pm arrival for set up/decoration of the reserved back room – Feel free to join and help!
- 6 pm Guest arrive, Mingle, Drinks
- 6:15- 6:30 Start Serve Buffet Meal in room
- 7:30 Door Prizes announced
- 8:45 Clean up
