First Vice Chair

1. Sent reminder to all members and PCOs to attend the September 18 general meeting at Mukilteo City Hall
2. Reminded members to utilize the organization’s website to keep updated on current events
3. Looking for members to participate on several committees

PCO Coordinator

1. Continuing to offer Votebuilder training to PCOs
2. No canvassing or phone banking reported for the month of September.
3. Currently have 51 PCOs in place
4. Emailed the Slim Jim door hanger format to all PCOs and members for their use to visit precinct voters
5. Offered to all that I will accompany them on canvassing trips

Membership

1. Have 86 members in the organization -consisting of 51 PCOs, 31 general members, 4 auxiliary members
2. No new members so far in the month of September
3. Requested members to offer their foreign language skills to help recruit new members who may join if they are able to better communicate with current members
4. Requested all members to invite a new person to the general meetings each month
